Factory 01: The Hub of Precision & Innovation

• Role: This is our primary center for high-tech processes including advanced extrusion (spinning) and precision weaving.

• Key Features: Factory 01 houses our specialized cleanroom environments and testing laboratories, ensuring that every bag produced meets the rigorous ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements before being shipped to demanding markets like South Korea and Japan.

Factory 02: Scale and Logistics Excellence

• Location: Lot F2, Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster, Son Duong District, Tuyen Quang Province, Vietnam.

• Role: Our second facility is designed for large-scale assembly, heavy-duty sewing, and streamlined logistics.

• Key Features: With expansive floor space, Factory 02 allows us to manage high-volume orders simultaneously. It is equipped with an extensive range of specialized sewing machines and a dedicated final inspection zone to guarantee 100% structural integrity for heavy-load Jumbo bags (up to 2,500kg).
